Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our store’s operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of optimizing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Manage and streamline the order processing system to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
Vehicle Management and Manpower Assignment: Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of delivery vehicles and manpower resources to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely order deliveries.
Reducing Delivery Days and Improving SLA: Develop and implement strategies to reduce delivery times and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our customers. Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Customer Feedback: Proactively gather feedback from customers regarding their delivery experience and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary changes and enhance the overall customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience in related field. (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.

Competitive salary (25,000 to 50,000 per month)
